Terms for Aadhaar e-KYC on PhonePe
By providing the Aadhaar Number/VID and the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, you give PhonePe
the permission to perform your e-KYC using your Aadhaar information according to the following terms:

You authorize PhonePe to use your Aadhaar number/VID for submission to UIDAI for e-KYC authentication
for the purpose of PhonePe wallet upgrade.

You understand that upon successful authentication, UIDAI will share masked Aadhaar, demographic
information, identity information, Aadhaar registered mobile number with PhonePe (collectively,
“Information”).

PhonePe shall use the information received solely for the purpose of verification required to upgrade
your PhonePe wallet.

You may at any time revoke the consent given to us to store your e-KYC information, collected as part of
the Aadhaar e-KYC process. To revoke your consent, please reach out to our support team either via
In-app support or raise a request on https://support.phonepe.com

Submission of Aadhaar is voluntary and You may opt to continue using PhonePe wallet with lower limits
without upgrading

You will not hold PhonePe or its officials responsible in the event the information provided by you is
not found to be in order or in case of any incorrect information provided by you.
